Surveillance video indicated that he still possesses additional documents. The behavior of a toddler that has jeopardized national security. President Biden stopped tRump from receiving intelligence reports.

News just broke that Donald Trump has filled notice that he intends to sue the Department of Justice for maliciously prosecuting him in the Mar-a-Lago classified documents case.
This video discusses the procedural hurdles to suing the federal government under the Federal Tort Claims Act, and why this feels more like another Trump PR stunt that he will use to whip up support from his base and continue to grift money from his supporters.
