MISSISSIPPI has 10 COMMANDMENTS in classrooms but can't educate kids - ranks lowest.
OKLAHOMA is gonna teach the BIBLE, but can't educate kids.
President Biden's legislation has improved RED STATES that were so far behind BLUE STATES....
