In the years that we have been helping animals never have we seen such a horrible situation. Never had we seen something so horrible. How long has she been tied up? Her cubs are about 10 days old.... With injuries like that, it's likely that she was tied up before giving birth. Unable to supply blood to her brain, her head swelled. She was exhausted.
