Three stories broke today:
1. In the defamation suit brought by Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss against Rudy Giuliani, Rudy tells the court he's too broke to comply with discovery;
2. In E. Jean Carroll's civil trial against Donald Trump for sexual assault and defamation, Trump's lawyer tells the judge that they will be presenting NO DEFENSE in the case; and
3. Special Counsel Jack Smith makes his first appearance inside a grand jury room to be present for Mike Pence's testimony against Donald Trump.
Justice on the move.
