Michael Popok of Legal AF reports on the breaking news that a New York judge has not only dismissed Trump’s suit filed against the New York Times for its Pulitzer Prize-winning exposé on the Trump family’s long history of alleged tax fraud, but also found that the suit, filed by Alina Habba, violated core Constitutional First Amendment principles and ordered Trump to pay their attorneys’ fees and costs.
