In a day for the history books, former president Donald Trump was arraigned on 34 felony charges for a criminal scheme to defraud the American people of a free and fair 2016 presidential election by burying deeply damaging information about Trump's unsuitability to be president. The indictment and statement of facts unsealed today shows a case against defendant Trump that is strong based on the fraudulent documents, but it looks like it may also be strong on the testimonial evidence. This video discusses the clues in the court documents that make clear that Allen Weisselberg and David Pecker are co-conspirators in Trump's crimes.
