Prosecutor at Giuliani's ethics hearing: Rudy "weaponized his law license to undermine Constitution"

 

The DC legal bar brought ethics charges against Rudy Giuliani, in his capacity as Donald Trump's attorney, for filing baseless lawsuits in an attempt to overturn the the results of the 2020 presidential election. The attorney representing the DC Bar argued to the panel hearing the case that Giuliani "weaponized his law license to bring a frivolous action in an attempt to undermine the Constitution." The panel will decide if Giuliani should be disbarred for his unethical behavior.
