Louisiana is seeing a huge boost in funding, but it’s not because of our GOP leaders.
One year ago, Congress successfully passed the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill with no help from Louisiana GOP members. And now, our state is starting to see the benefits of this incredible piece of legislation.
Under this law, the Bayou State is set to receive:
– $3.1 Billion for our roads, bridges, public transportation, and airports
– Over $101 million to invest in clean water initiatives for all Louisianans
– Funding that will allow more than 341,000 households to receive internet access
The Biden-Harris Administration is hitting the ground running, making sure states across the country, including ours, start to receive the benefits provided under this law.
Election Day might be over, but holding our Louisiana leaders accountable is a year-round job. If we want our state to have more investments like this, then we need our leaders to stand up for us in Washington.
The LA Dems team is laying the groundwork now for better progress for all Louisianans, but we need you with us. Together, we can build on the progress of the Infrastructure Law to make sure Louisiana has the tools to succeed, always.
