Wednesday night proved that the Green New Deal has reshaped the entire climate debate.

Wednesday night’s presidential primary debate had a clear winner: The Green New Deal.

In 2016, not one reporter asked Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump about climate change. Now, it’s dominating the conversation. During the presidential primary debate, every candidate was asked about the climate emergency.

In just one year, Ed’s leadership on the Green New Deal has fundamentally reshaped our political conversation. We have brought the climate crisis to the forefront of our political debate.

That is no accident. It is because of the work that our intergenerational climate movement has been doing. We have demanded change, and this is yet another sign that our movement and our ideas are on the rise.

And as Ed said in our debate on Tuesday, he will pass a Green New Deal in his next term when he wins re-election. That’s why we need to make sure that Ed can continue to lead this fight in the Senate, and he needs our help to do that.

Make a $25 donation right now to send a powerful message that our movement is going to win this race and pass the Green New Deal. This is going to take all of us working together.

This is a defining moment for our democracy and our planet. We cannot leave anything to chance. There’s never been a more important moment to support Ed.
