The government’s sentencing memorandum had Allen committing violent acts on Jan. 6 while the defense called him a follower who was roughed up by other demonstrators.

Allen was arrested later that day via a traffic stop and his property subsequently searched.

Found, according to court documents, were 19 firearms, M-class fireworks, gunpowder, and 10,000-20,000 rounds of ammunition.
