The simple fact is that corruption runs deep in the Republican Party.

In this case, new reporting reveals that Maine Senator Susan Collins was most likely awarding government contracts to the tune of tens of millions of dollars in exchange for contributions to her Super PAC. A textbook pay-to-play scheme at the expense of American taxpayers.

These contractors were caught red-handed skirting campaign finance laws by funneling these Super PAC contributions through a shell company.

The FBI had a solid case on their hands, with a cooperating informant, until Trump took office and completely dismantled the law enforcement units responsible for bringing corrupt politicians to justice.

This level of corruption is appalling. Here’s what we’re going to do about it.

Troy Jackson is a tried and true progressive and working class fighter who is running to defeat Susan Collins in November and deliver Democrats an absolutely critical, must-win Senate seat in Maine.

Troy is ready to fight for Medicare-for-All, workers’ rights, and an end to endless wars, but he is in one of the tightest races in the entire country this midterm cycle. He needs the help of this movement if he’s going to get over the finish line.
