Last week, Fox News host Jesse Watters and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt went on national television and joked about sending our entire generation to war. Watters said young people who "misbehave" should be forced into the Army. Leavitt laughed and yelled: "Or send them to Cuba! Send them to Iran!" Iran. A country our government is currently bombing. Cuba, a country it keeps threatening to. That's what the White House thinks of young people—that we’re just cannon fodder for the frontlines of their forever wars. And why?
