1. TRUMP LOST HIS OWN HOUSE TWICE IN ONE WEEK
The Republican-controlled House broke with Trump twice this week, voting to rein in his war on Iran, then passing Ukraine aid he opposed over the objections of his own Speaker. He raged online about “4 bad Republicans,” but it’s clear his grip of fear on the GOP is loosening.
2. A COUNTRY ROSE UP AGAINST JARED AND IVANKA
Thousands of protesters flooded Tirana under banners reading “Ivanka, Go Home,” creating intense pressure which led Albania’s prosecutors to freeze the accounts behind a $4 billion private resort backed by Jared Kushner. Trump’s son-in-law, the supposed Middle East peace broker, is now tangled in a foreign corruption probe—forced into the open by people an ocean away.
3. SENATE KILLS VOTER-SUPPRESSION BILL—AGAIN
Trump demanded the Senate pass his SAVE Act to require proof of citizenship and gut mail-in voting. Four Republicans crossed him to kill it—the second time this year. The bill he calls essential can’t even survive his own Senate.
4. FEDERAL JUDGE THREW OUT STATE-LEVEL SAVE ACT
A federal judge struck down New Hampshire’s proof-of-citizenship voting law, calling it unconstitutional, and ordered the state to stop enforcing it for the fall primary and the midterms. The barrier Republicans built to keep people from the ballot is gone.
5. CALIFORNIA MAKES IT A FELONY
After a Republican sheriff seized 650,000 ballots, California closed the loophole—now it’s clear that no law enforcement, including federal agents, can touch ballots or voting systems without a court order. Gov. Newsom signed it days before the primary, answering Trump’s threats to interfere in the midterms.
6. JUDGE REOPENED THE PATH TO CITIZENSHIP
On Friday, a federal judge threw out a Trump policy that had frozen green cards and citizenship for immigrants from dozens of countries. Now the government has to start saying yes and resume the citizenship ceremonies it had stalled.
7. FOUR STATES REFUSED TO HAND ICE SECRET PLATES
Maine, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington refused to provide ICE the undercover license plates it uses to grab people off the streets. The regime was so rattled it sued all four. When your plan only works in the shadows, the states aren’t the problem.
8. HAWAII TAXES MILLIONAIRES TO PROTECT FAMILIES
Hawaii enacted a new 13% tax bracket on people earning over a million dollars a year, built to shield food aid, child care, and healthcare from Trump’s federal cuts. The regime hands billionaires one tax break after another. Hawaii is making the rich fill the gap so working families don’t have to.
This is what winning looks like. Not handed to us—taken, win by win, by people who refused to quit.

Last night, I stood on the Senate floor and asked my Republican colleagues a simple question: Who among you thinks Trump's slush fund is a good idea?
Silence.
Not a single Republican senator spoke up in defense of a scheme that would funnel billions of taxpayer dollars to January 6th rioters, cop beaters, and election deniers. They couldn't defend it — because it is indefensible.
So I gave them a chance to do the right thing. I offered an amendment to shut it down.
While 5 Republicans crossed the aisle to vote for my amendment, the vast majority of them refused to vote their conscience. Ultimately the amendment was unable to reach the 60 vote threshold and didn’t pass.
That tells you everything you need to know about where the Republican Party stands today. The party as a whole refuses to defend Trump’s excessively corrupt behavior. But when it comes time to actually stopping him, they are frozen in place.
Simply too scared to cross this corrupt president.
And so they become complicit. In the corruption. In the cover-up. In a plan that rewards the very people who beat police officers with flagpoles and tried to overturn a free and fair election.
Last night illustrated something we must all acknowledge: if there is to be any stopping the corruption, Democrats must retake the Senate majority in November. That is the only way to truly stop what is happening.
That's why I'm asking for your support today. Not tomorrow. Now.
I will keep fighting — on the floor, in committee, in every chamber and corridor of the Senate and throughout the country — because that is what you sent me to the Senate to do.
