MAGA GOV. JEFF LANDRY PROMOTES JIM CROW RACIST GERRYMANDERING!
This past weekend, Democrats in Louisiana took a powerful stand, coming out in record numbers.
All the ballot amendments put up by our MAGA Governor Jeff Landry failed by more than 20 pts, and a rural Farmer (that’s me!) won nearly 50 percent of the vote in the Democratic US Senate Primary.
Pollsters were shocked, but we were not. We ran a true-blue grassroots movement to meet the people of Louisiana where they are, and people showed up.
Incumbent GOP Sen. Bill Cassidy came in dead last and got primaried because he voted to impeach Trump all those years ago. |
And guess who voted for Cassidy? 99k Republicans who would vote for a Republican willing to impeach Trump. Now, 99k Republicans in Louisiana will be looking for a new candidate.
And guess where many of those Cassidy voters might be looking... at me.
And guess how many Republicans Democrats need to win over to take this Senate seat in November? Fewer than 60,000!
The lines are drawn: MAGA loyalists competing to kiss the ring, or someone willing to stand up to the unconstitutional abuse of power coming out of the White House.

If we can keep this momentum alive until November we will win a US Senate seat in the reddest of red states but we only do it if every single one of us plays our part.
