Important Message from MeidasTouch Founder
Hey everybody,
It’s Ben Meiselas, founder of MeidasTouch.
Before I go any further, if you’re reading this and you’re not yet a paid subscriber, please become one today.
Now let’s talk about last night.
The MeidasTouch People’s State of the Union was a massive success.
Over 2 million people watched.
Let that sink in.
Two million people chose MeidasTouch. Two million people chose substance over propaganda. Two million people chose a people-powered response instead of regime television.
This wasn’t some fringe counter-programming experiment. This was a defining moment. We brought together leaders, voices, organizers, and truth tellers. We showed what it looks like when the American people reclaim the narrative.
And then there was Trump’s State of the Union.
Small. Angry. Defensive. Detached from reality.
While we talked about protecting democracy, defending survivors, standing up to corruption, and fighting for working families, Trump ranted. He lied. He projected. He looked weak.
You could feel the contrast.
On one side: a growing movement rooted in accountability and community.
On the other: a shrinking regime clinging to grievance and fear.
This is what happens when you build something real.
When we say MeidasTouch is expanding, we mean it. We are not waiting for legacy media to save democracy. We are building the infrastructure ourselves. Events like the People’s State of the Union are proof that we can out-organize and outshine the old guard.
If you watch, read, share, and believe in what we’re building, becoming a paid subscriber is how you can turn belief into action.
It’s how we grow.
It’s how we host events like last night.
It’s how we keep breaking stories.
Over 2 million people showed up last night.
Become a paid subscriber today. Help us keep building the People’s media network.
We are just getting started.
