BREAKING: Trump Did It Again? The Kremlin Wrote Trump's NATIONAL SECURITY STRATEGY/EU-Canada Breakup Letter
The most pro-Russia document ever issued by the U.S. government comes directly from Russia...and yes, it even calls Canada a "vassal" state.
December 6, 2025
Washington Just Published a Document Putin Could Have Signed Himself After Dictating It To Witkoff and Kushner.
The Trump White House released a new National Security Strategy this week — the blueprint for how America sees the world, defines threats, deals with allies, and positions its military.
Except this one doesn’t sound American.
It doesn’t even sound like MAGA.
It sounded EXACTLY like Moscow. And it IS.
It’s a notice to US allies and democratic countries around the world that America is switching teams, and you better get onside with Russia, America’s new fascist direction, or else.
Whole passages mirror the Kremlin's foreign-policy doctrine.
The themes, the framing, the enemies, the worldview — it’s all there.
And the real tell?
There are sections where the NSS talks about Canada, America’s closest ally, the world’s most stable democracy, and the country sharing the longest undefended border on Earth.
How does Trump’s NSS describe Canada?
As a “vassal state.”
Yes.
Inside the official U.S. National Security Strategy.
A sitting president described his own closest ally using feudal language, the term Russia uses for the states it dominates.
This isn’t foreign policy.
This is geopolitical fetish cosplay written by people who think Putin is the father figure America never had. And it comes 2 days after Trump sent Witkoff and Kushner to Moscow to help Putin dictate this NSS/Divorce letter to every democratic country on the planet.
Let’s break it down.
“European Governments Are Undemocratic” — Pure Kremlin Projection
Trump’s NSS claims U.S. allies in Europe:
“trample democracy”
“suppress opposition”
are “unstable minority governments”
This is directly lifted from Russian state media and MFA briefings.
When democratic countries regulate disinfo, the Kremlin calls it censorship.
When they prosecute corruption, the Kremlin calls it persecution.
When they protect elections from interference, the Kremlin calls it “oppression.”
Now the United States is repeating those lines in an official strategy document.
Europe is blamed for “failing to make peace with Russia”
Trump’s NSS argues that Europe — not Russia — is responsible for prolonging the war in Ukraine. Proving Germany and France’s concern that Trump would betray them VERY well founced:
This framing is:
factually insane,
strategically suicidal, and
a carbon copy of Russia’s own propaganda, which portrays the West as unreasonable for not rewarding invasions.
According to Trump’s NSS, Ukraine resisting genocide is the problem.
Not the country committing genocide.
This is not neutrality.
This is alignment.
The NSS warns about Europe’s “demographic decline,” echoing:
Russia’s “Russian World” ideology
far-right Great Replacement rhetoric
Steve Bannon’s podcast talking points
This is not national security language — this is ethno-nationalist propaganda, scrubbed up and slapped onto U.S. letterhead.
Trump’s NSS explicitly states that the U.S. will support “political elements” in Europe who oppose their current governments.
Translation:
The United States will now back far-right nationalist movements abroad.
That includes parties admired by:
Russia
the global white-nationalist movement
MAGA operatives
Bannon’s shadow network
This isn’t just abandoning NATO — it’s actively destabilizing it.
The Ukraine Surrender Objective
The NSS says America’s “core interest” is a rapid negotiated settlement in Ukraine.
Again, this sounds harmless unless you speak Kremlin.
A rapid settlement on Russia’s terms means:
keep conquered territory
force Ukraine into neutrality
eliminate NATO expansion
fracture the West
humiliate democracies
The NSS frames this outcome as desirable.
It is literally the Kremlin’s war objective list.
The Social Media Section — Defending Musk, Echoing Russia
The NSS complains that Europe “suppresses opposition” by regulating social media — i.e., enforcing transparency and disinfo restrictions on X, Meta, TikTok.
Russia has been screaming this for years.
Now, Trump’s policy team adopted it verbatim.
This is authoritarian grievance laundering disguised as national security.
The Most Telling Line in the Entire NSS: “Canada is a Vassal State.”
This is where the mask falls off and the document stops even pretending to be American.
The NSS uses the term “vassal state” to describe Canada’s alignment with Europe and U.S. strategic interests.
This is not American terminology.
America does not speak about allies this way.
The Pentagon does not speak this way.
The State Department does not speak this way.
NATO does not speak this way.
Russia does.
“Vassal state” is the language Putin uses to:
demean former Soviet republics
delegitimize democratic governments
frame Western alliances as illegitimate
claim dominance over neighbors
justify intervention, coercion, or retaliation
For the U.S. government to use that term — and apply it to Canada — is:
diplomatically hostile
strategically incoherent
historically unprecedented
ideologically foreign
And it shows, beyond speculation, that this NSS is not built on American grand strategy.
It’s built on Russian imperial framing — the worldview in which nations exist only within hierarchies, the strong dominate the weak, and allies are valuable only if they swear fealty to a single leader.
That worldview is not American.
It is Putinism.
And now it is U.S. policy.
What This Means: Trump Is Realigning the U.S. Against the West
This NSS formally repositions the United States:
away from democratic alliances
and toward authoritarian power structures.
The signals are unmistakable:
NATO is minimized
Europe is delegitimized
Canada is reduced to a subordinate
Far-right movements are elevated
Russia’s worldview is normalized
Autocrats are reframed as natural partners
Democracy is treated as a nuisance
This is not isolationism.
It’s not “America First.”
It’s not even incompetence.
This is geopolitical reorientation — ripping the democratic world apart and rebuilding it around nationalism, ethnic paranoia, and authoritarian interests.
The document is a fantasy of a world where the U.S., Russia, and far-right governments form a shared civilizational block against liberal democracies.
It’s Bannon’s wet dream.
It’s Putin’s strategic win.
And it’s Trump’s blueprint.
The U.S. Didn’t Get Hacked. It Just Published the Hack as Policy.
The new National Security Strategy is the most anti-Western, anti-democratic policy paper in American history.
It is not subtle.
It is not coded.
It is not accidental.
Every line signals that Trump’s America intends to:
undermine allies,
reward autocrats,
weaken NATO,
destabilize democracies,
and adopt a foreign policy worldview that is fundamentally Russian, not American.
The “Canada is a vassal state” line will be taught in political science classes for decades, as the moment the United States stopped pretending its alliances were partnerships and openly declared them feudal relationships.
And the punchline? Russia is now LITERALLY dictating US Foreign policy, and Trump is copy-and-pasting it onto official presidential letterhead.
That’s exactly how the Kremlin likes it.
