Everything Trump accuses you of is just a way to mask his own insecurities. In this case, Trump accuses Kimmel of having remarkably low ratings, but as Kimmel points out, it’s Trump who has the lowest approval rating of any President at this point in their term in American history. Other examples of this include Trump’s efforts to paint climate change as a left-wing con-job. We all know this is not true, yet we also know that Donald Trump is the biggest con-man in Washington D.C. We know that Trump is using his Presidency to enrich himself, his family members and others inside his inner circle. The important takeaway is this. Jimmy Kimmel is offering Americans a roadmap for how to defeat Donald Trump. Stay strong in the face of adversity. Laugh off punches thrown your way. Throw haymakers back at the appropriate moments, and when you do, make sure they land square. If we do this, if we focus on where the President is weakest, and where we as Democrats can materially benefit those we seek to serve, we’ll have no trouble winning back control of the House, the Senate and the White House.
