Urgent Jeffrey Epstein Update
I will never let this story die.
As promised, I will not let anyone forget about Jeffrey Epstein. I’ve made it my mission to keep this story in front of the American people—so much so that I’m showing up in the comments of every White House TikTok post, drawing hundreds of thousands of views from both the left and the right, reminding them that the Epstein files are still being withheld. And tonight, I have an important update about where things stand.
But before I get into it—if you believe this story matters, I need your support. Because of my Epstein reporting, the attacks from Trump-world are intensifying and my TikTok is being censored. The mainstream press folds under pressure. I never will. I don’t have billionaire backers shielding me. I rely on you. I know it’s repetitive, but I have to ask (so please bare with me). That’s why this is the number one news Substack—and why it must stay that way. If you’re already subscribed, thank you and keep scrolling for more. If not, subscribe today.
Here is what my White House comments on TikTok (when they are not censored by the platform) look like for reference:
Here’s what you need to know:
A federal judge just slammed the Justice Department’s latest move in the Epstein case. On Wednesday, Judge Richard Berman—a Bill Clinton appointee—rejected DOJ’s attempt to unseal grand jury transcripts, calling their motion a “diversion” tactic. He made it clear: the government itself holds the Epstein files, and it is the “logical party” to release them.
In his 14-page opinion, Berman wrote: “The information contained in the Epstein grand jury transcripts pales in comparison to the Epstein investigation information and materials in the hands of the Department of Justice.”
This isn’t the first time. It’s the third federal judge to block nearly identical DOJ motions. Epstein, the disgraced financier who died in jail while awaiting trial in 2019, and his partner Ghislaine Maxwell—now serving 20 years—are at the center of one of the biggest scandals of our time.
And here’s the crucial part: while the DOJ is playing games in court, they are being forced to hand over Epstein-related records to Congress starting Friday, thanks to a House Oversight Committee subpoena. That’s where the real pressure point is now.
The family of Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s victims, issued a statement backing Judge Berman: “We applaud his decision not to release the grand jury testimony… We agree that the DOJ is creating a diversion to distract from the vast scope of Epstein files in its possession.”
Make no mistake: the fight is entering a new phase. The government is stalling, the pressure is building, and the truth is closer than ever. That’s why I need your voice alongside mine. Subscribe, share, and stay loud—because the only reason this story hasn’t been buried is because we refuse to let it.
