Just back from a 3-hour protest in downtown Chicago. I would guess that it was 100,000 people. We peacefully rallied and then marched more than 4 miles together, including stopping for a period of time in front of our Trump Tower where people yelled "shame" over and over again, in unison

It was unbelievable energy and joy, with no incident at all that I could see. Truly a HUGE crowd, could not see the end of it in any direction. I was so proud to be among these people of all ages and skin colors. If only I could post my photos of the brilliant signs and other paraphernalia. People really put time and energy into these things. I had my American and Ukrainian flags with me, standing up for Europe along with the good people here πͺπΊπΊπ¦

Minnesota marched unafraid today, even though the killer in a police uniform is still at large. He did not stop democracy today. That should be the top story.
Rev. Barber is an amazing speaker. Reminds me of Dr. MLK.
He said he could make Canadians bow to him and we stand stronger than ever. He cannot pit Canadians and Americans against one another. Stay safe strong and peaceful. Elbows up Americans. Canadians stand with you. The whole world is watching

Just came from a small town protest in Southern Oregon where everyone was peaceful, supportive and joyous. The only negativity came from MAGA supporters who drove by and yelled obscenities and gave us the finger. The No Kings response was to wave, laugh and go back to chanting or chatting. Congratulations to all of the peaceful and determined No Kings protests today in the USA for coming together to defend democracy en masse.
