Amazon founder Jeff Bezos was forced to relocate his upcoming lavish Venice wedding reception, due to protesters. I don’t feel bad for him—no one should. He’s wasting at least millions on the event. Bezos should invest that money in fair wages and benefits for his employees instead. A whistleblower came forward alleging that top DoJ official Emil Bove told his staff they may have to say “f**k you” to court orders. He is now nominated to be a federal appeals court judge. I’m glad someone is speaking out. I hope it derails Bove’s nomination, and other whistleblowers follow suit. Speaking of the DoJ, AG Pam Bondi testified in front of the Senate, and her fake outrage was at an all-time high. Bondi acted like she had never heard of ICE agents covering their faces and refusing to identify themselves. Since others apparently won’t call her out, we will. Bondi was lying. There’s absolutely no way she didn’t know. Brave protesters—some in wheelchairs—were arrested in the halls of Congress while rallying against GOP cuts to Medicaid. Good trouble. After all, Trump’s big evil bill aims to take healthcare away from millions of Americans. Like Dem Sen. Chris Murphy said: “It’s so f**king awful they are doing this.” For sure. All to make the rich richer. Dem Sen. Elizabeth Warren slammed GOP Sen. Mitch McConnell after he said people who lose their healthcare will “get over it.” Warren stated: “No one will ‘get over’ losing a loved one because Republicans in Congress failed them.” That’s absolutely right.
