The Smile: 02/03/2025

Hi friend,

Happy Monday—and at least it’s finally February. After a long and chaotic start to the year, I used the weekend to recharge, step away from the noise (at least a little), and remind myself that even in tough times, we have to take moments to rest. If you did the same, I hope it helped. If not, I hope you find a chance to soon.

This past week has been heavy, but even when the headlines feel relentless, hope is still out there. It’s in the people pushing back, the moments of kindness, and the progress that refuses to be undone.

Today’s newsletter is here to help start the week with a little light. Let’s dive into some good news together.
