WE live in an area that depends on lots of foreigners to address the tourist industry as surely other regions have seasonal needs & they need services. They COUNT.
If REPUBLICANS want to change anything, maybe they should focus on REDUCING THE NUMBER OF SENATORS that represent UNDERPOPULATED STATES and have a greater voice that they're not entitled to.
