IRAN has a long & complex history filled with U.S. meddling. They elected a DEMOCRATIC leader, MOSSADAGH who would have reigned in the BRITISH CASH COW, BP. The DULLES boys, precursor of the CIA, overthrew MOSSADAGH & installed the brutal SHAH. If Americans don't know the history, rest assured that Muslims place high value on education & THEY know what the U.S. did.

In addition, Poppy Bush was CIA DIRECTOR & armed IRAN & IRAQ to fight each other - provided different WMD to each nation so that the U.S. knew which nation employed them. Scott Ritter testified before the U.N. - did you watch? There were NO WMD in IRAQ when the U.S. invaded. When the U.S. invaded IRAQ, they had more PhD candidates in PHYSICS than the U.S.(that stands out because I struggled with physics.) They are educated people & the U.S. has had opportunities to amend the relationship & failed.
