Things are going from bad to worse for Rudy Giuliani and attorney Ruch Schoenstein is here to break it all down. Today, a federal judge ordered him to surrender some of his prized possessions—including his Manhattan penthouse—to Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, whom he defamed. Adding to his troubles, last week a judge in Arizona rejected Giuliani’s attempt to dismiss the fake electors case, dismissing his claim that grand jurors were biased based on their party affiliation.
