Trump Loses Gag Order Challenge in NY Appeals Court; Gag Order REMAINS In Place

David Pecker & AMI pleaded guilty to similar violations, paid a fine & moved on. One could make the argument that were RUMP not such an arrogant bully, he could have done similar in this case. His singular argument was that he didn't know STORMY DANIELS which his defense argued in closing arguments even though the case was never about STORMY DANIELS.

What's striking is the LEGAL COSTS that surely far exceed what a settlement would have cost.

Maybe that's why so many of RUMP's businesses failed.

The same might be said of the E.JEAN CARROLL defamation that he might have settled for $5 MILLION, but couldn't shut up. (She kept the dress & RUMP ignored requests for DNA until the trial was done). AMERICANS need to move on from this LUNACY!

Seems there is no court case Donald Trump can't lose. The highest appeals court in New York just rejected Trump's attempt to get the existing gag order in his New York criminal case lifted. The appeals court rejected Trump's arguments and left the gag order in place while Trump's case is pending sentencing.
