Steve Bannon's lawyers have asked a judge to IMMEDIATELY let Bannon leave prison, in spite of the fact that he has only served two months of his four month sentence. They claim that he shouldn't have to sit in prison as he appeals his conviction, but that argument has already been ruled on by a judge.
