Prosecutors Warn Judge That He'd Better Not Toss Out Trump's Felony Convictions

In a filing to Judge Juan Merchan that was made public late last week, prosecutors in New York warn the judge against tossing out the felony convictions of Donald Trump. The issue, obviously, is the Supreme Court's immunity ruling from early July, but prosecutors make a strong case that the ruling in no way applies to this trial or the convictions that have already been secured.
