Rudy Giuliani had another hearing for his bankruptcy case this week that could not have gone worse for him. The judge has yet to actually dismiss the case, so things are still moving forward. But the judge got to the point where he had to threaten to sell Giuliani's prized apartment in Manhattan if the former mayor didn't start paying his legal fees to the court.
