We received a plea about a dog was bleeding, he was being stabbed and tortured by a group of kids. The reporter saw the kids torturing, hurting & making fun of the poor baby, they stabbed him and were painting his face!! The poor dog was really in so much pain, There was a very severe and painful infection where the stab wound was. His mobility was very badly impaired and you can tell he had pretty much given up...
