In a move that is of enormous benefit to Donald Trump, Judge Aileen Cannon cancelled the May trial date that had been set for Trump's classified documents/obstruction of justice/espionage trial and announced she will set NO trial date at this time. This virtually guarantees that Trump will not go to trial before the 2024 presidential elections.
Judge Cannon - presiding over a case involving a defendant who gave her a lifetime appointment as a federal judge - has thoroughly exposed herself as lacking the impartiality necessary to preside over Trump's trial.
This video provides a step-by-step guide on how every concerned American can file a judicial misconduct complaint form with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals to insist that Judge Canon be removed form the case and a fair, impartial, and independent judge be assigned Trump's federal case in Florida.
