VERIZON


 




VERIZON installed and connected a NEW FLAT SCREEN tv for me. 

VERIZON provided the SET TOP and the REMOTE. 

After many years of being unable to access HIGH DEF channels for which 
VERIZON was charging, it was discovered that VERIZON'S EQUIPMENT 
prevented those CHANNELS from being accessible. 

VERIZON's REMOTE allowed for the SCREEN SIZE to be amended, except
VERIZON's REMOTE didn't work. 

The VERIZON FAULTY installation allowed for the IMAGE to overlap the SCREEN. 

VERIZON'S 'FAULTY EQUIPMENT' has been saved in their TAUNTON warehouse 
apparently, an appropriate SET TOP was retrieved and those HIGH DEF CHANNELS 
are accessible, the REMOTE worked properly to allow for the SCREEN image to be 
corrected. 

CHARGING for services that are NOT provided seems to be CONSUMER FRAUD 
in violation of MGL CH 93A. Your thoughts?
