Republican Congressman Jim Jordan is now threatening Fulton County DA Fani Willis with a criminal referral if she doesn't honor the subpoena that he sent to her as part of his ongoing harassment campaign. Willis has been subpoenaed to testify about the possible misuse of federal funds in her district, and defying the subpoena could actually lead to contempt charges, just like former Trump officials have found out recently.
