How should prosecutors+courts respond to Trump's promise of a "bloodbath" if he loses the election?

Donald Trump is on pretrial release in four felony cases. Donald Trump used inflammatory rhetoric to inspire and incite an attack on the US Capitol on January 6 to try to retain power. Now, Trump has ratcheted up his violent rhetoric, promising a "bloodbath" if he is not reelected. In the criminal justice system, the law provides that if someone on pretrial release poses a danger to even a single person in the community, they should be revoked on release and detained pending trial. Will prosecutors, the courts and the institutions of government receive Trump's latest violent rhetoric - signaling to his supporters that he expects them to respond with violence if he loses - with a shrug? Or will they protect the American people by applying the law as it is intended to be applied and detain him pending trial?
