US Supreme Court to decide if insurrectionist Donald Trump can be on primary ballot in Colorado

The United States Supreme Court has announced that it will decide whether insurrectionist Donald Trump is disqualified from holding office again under section 3 of the 14th Amendment, or whether someone who has been found after a trial to have engaged in an insurrection against the United States can nevertheless serve as president again. The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on February 8, 2024, in connection with the Colorado Supreme Court's ruling that Trump is disqualified from having his name on the Colorado primary ballot.
