Why is Walt Nauta the only co-conspirator that was indicted in the federal case brought in Florida? 4. Donald Trump's mouth is a target-rich environment for Special Counsel Jack Smith. Given the new reporting that Trump called and spoke with Pennsylvania politician Doug Mastriano, how might Jack Smith exploit this and other phone conversations involving Trump between the time he lost the election and the time he ordered the attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.
