From the moment we launched Justice Democrats in 2016, we’ve always been crystal clear on our mission: to recruit and elect a diverse slate of people-first progressives who will fight to make our government work for all of us.
But since we have helped AOC, Cori Bush, Jamaal Bowman, Summer Lee, and many more to victory, opposition has only grown to our critical, unique work.
A new organization has fixated on Justice Democrats, attacking our candidates at every turn, and spending millions in an attempt to defeat our progressive movement. AIPAC’s Super PAC, United Democracy Project, will not rest while there are Justice Democrats to target — they are waging an electoral war on the Squad and anyone who may join them.
AIPAC claims to be a “bipartisan” organization, but their Super PAC “United for Democracy” is a sham. AIPAC has directly invested into candidates hell-bent on poisoning our democracy while attacking progressive candidates like Jessica Cisneros and Summer Lee — calling them “bad Democrats.”
Now, there’s something you should know about AIPAC. There’s a not-so-secret pipeline from the far-right Republican establishment directly to AIPAC — where Republican extremists are now pulling the strings. When Donald Trump lost in 2020, AIPAC sourced a high-level staffer directly from the Republican National Committee.
Coincidentally, AIPAC endorsed 100+ extremist Republican election deniers shortly afterwards. Take a look:
Now that you know just how dangerous AIPAC has become, I’m asking you earnestly: can you make a $10 donation (or any amount) so we have a fighting chance against their extreme agenda in the upcoming cycle?
I want to be very clear that AIPAC’s rise is a source of major concern and a grave threat to our movement. AIPAC’s goal is to smear progressive candidates, manipulate voters, and take down anyone who questions their extreme agenda.
It’s likely AIPAC will come back next time with even more millions at their disposal to wield against us. We must be prepared for anything. In order to match AIPAC’s vast resources, we need donors to invest in us early — as in right now.
Will you make a $10 contribution to Justice Democrats one more time to build our strength early? With your support, we will have a fighting chance against AIPAC and the establishment and continue to win for our movement.
In solidarity,
Alexandra Rojas, Executive Director
Justice Democrats
