The Republicans funding Brooke Jenkins will do whatever it takes to keep her in power.   They want to maintain the status quo, they want to continue the war on drugs, and they want to block any real progress for San Francisco.   That’s exactly why they just launched a new attack ad against me. The billionaires funding these ads include Republicans like William Oberndorf, who has donated more than $6 million to Mitch McConnell and his GOP allies in the Senate. It includes San Francisco real estate developers like Mary Jung, a lobbyist for the S.F. Board of Realtors. And it includes Daniel O’Keefe, who was a major backer of the Republican David Perdue’s U.S. Senate campaign in Georgia.    Here’s the bottom line: The Republicans behind Brooke Jenkins are doing everything they can to block progress.    I’m running for District Attorney to offer the people of San Francisco an independent voice in the D.A.’s office.   But I won’t be able to fight back against their attacks without your help.
