Oath Keeper Elmer Stewart Rhodes testifies that the election was "unconstitutional" and "invalid"

 

The lead defendant and head of the Oath Keepers, Elmer Stewart Rhodes, and four of his fellow Oath Keepers are on trial for attempting to violently stop the certification of Joe Biden's election win. Today, Rhodes took the stand in his own defense. It was a remarkable, disturbing and alienating performance.
