If the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade, District Attorneys will play an absolutely critical role to protect people seeking abortion. They have the power to decide whether to prosecute, even if abortion is made illegal.
But right now, conservatives are spending big to defeat strong women running for DA seats. We NEED to fight back.
Satana, Kimberly, and Allison are all facing elections very soon (Satana’s is in just 14 days). Let’s stand with them. They can take on the corrupt conservatives and win their elections – but only if we’re ALL in this together, OK?!

Every single DA candidate we’re supporting has been clear that they will NEVER prosecute abortions and they will ALWAYS fight for reproductive justice.
The DAs we’ve already helped elect, who are in office, are demonstrating the leadership we need from elected officials everywhere.
They have refused to prosecute cases brought against those seeking an abortion in states where draconian laws have already been passed.
They have taken the fight directly to the Supreme Court by demanding the Court block these abortion bans.
