BREAKING: the NRA’s bankruptcy was just rejected by a federal judge

This is BIG. A federal judge just rejected the NRA’s bankruptcy claim and their attempt to reorganize in Texas. It was a cynical ploy to evade accountability from New York’s corruption investigation – and it FAILED.

The judge said he dismissed the case because “he found the bankruptcy was not filed in good faith.” No kidding, this is the NRA we’re talking about here!

Bad faith actions aren’t limited to their own finances and self-dealing though. For decades, they’ve been blocking gun reform so they can sell more guns – no matter the carnage in our communities.

We have the NRA on their heels, but they aren’t going down without a fight. Please rush an emergency donation today so we can capitalize on this momentum and keep moving gun reform closer to passage.

Yes, the NRA’s credibility just took a huge hit, but they have bought off hundreds of members of Congress – and they are spending $2 million to stop our progress and defeat David Chipman’s nomination for ATF Director.

Here’s the good news: gun reform champions control the White House, U.S. Senate, and House. A vast majority of Americans want reform, and our movement is stronger than ever.

We are closer than we’ve ever been to passing meaningful gun reform – but it will only happen if our grassroots community of advocates chip in right now and we push as hard as we can in the coming weeks.

We can – and will – beat the NRA this time. Thank you for doing your part to make it happen.
