I’m running against Republican Senator Martha McSally, who lost her Senate race in 2018 only to be appointed to the Senate in 2019.
After we won our primary in August and proved we have what it takes to win this red-to-blue race, Mitch McConnell unleashed a massive ad blitz against us to prop up our opponent and protect his majority in the Senate.
And this summer, the President rushed to Arizona to hold a rally with my opponent. And it won’t be his last trip to Arizona to help her.
This is a coordinated effort between Mitch McConnell and the President to defeat us. So we’re coming to you because we need your help to fight back.
Republicans have spent months raising big money from corporate special interests, and now they’re spending that money on attack ads to defeat us.
Republican super PACs are slated to spend millions against us in Arizona. That’s why we need to fight back and show them we’re not backing down.
The combination of the president making another trip to Arizona and Mitch McConnell hammering us with ads isn’t going to be easy to overcome. But if we can get 5,000 people to stand with this campaign today, we can show them that no matter what they throw at us we will come out on top come November 3rd.
