"Impaired" Aurora Police Officer Won't Be Charged

Officer Nathan Meier, 48, of the Aurora, Colorado Police Department, was found unresponsive in the middle of the road inside his police vehicle. He would later admit to drinking Vodka and being "impaired" with a 0.43 Blood-Alcohol-Level. He will not be charged.
