Absolutely, attorneys that lie should lose their license. Which begs the question-why does Bondi still have hers?

Isn't BIMBO BARBIE licensed to practice in FLORIDA?

I'm not gonna look it up, but believe her license was previously challenged.

Do you really expect FLORIDA to appropriately address any legal issue?

I heard that's why the felon gave her some ridiculous appointment so she'd still be considered a federal appointee - let's see if that's enough for her to skate through again. The one who *really* needs to be disbarred and indicted is Todd Blanche. Just saying. And how on God's green earth (my late father's expression) can Alex Acosta still be licensed to practice???!!!

Meanwhile - yes, any lawyer (especially DOJ) caught lying should be disbarred. So should any Cabinet member...but then they'd all have to go at once!

You are correct on both points. Bondi is licensed in FLA and has active ethics complaints and disbarment challenges. I also agree that the probability of her losing her license is pretty low. It appears that the Bar Society has very low ethical standards themselves. I could be wrong.

I had heard this over years of jokes ( low ethical standards) , the statistics seem to be right in line with the current admins host of disbarments - though hardly ,I surmise , close to the total embarrassed lot it WILL be, but….probably plenty to live abroad in a grand style.. Argentina is the deal I hear! 😏.

Can we consider possible reasons? Just a few observations...

In RED STATES that have overwhelming single party rule you have lots of REPUBLICAN FAILURES that demographic statistics reveal. 

They also lack widespread sources of INFORMATION, adequately funded LIBRARIES that would provide INFORMATION or INTERNET ACCESS or CABLE ACCESS....as well as EDUCATION and REARCH.

President Biden targeted those states because they lag so far behind.  

In the case of FLORIDA, there is an affluent retirement community with no presence of the origins of the history of their adoptive community beyond wanted to live an affluent retirement with no commitment to COMMUNITY.

After the CONDO COLLAPSE, there was no organized effort to propose legal protections that puts many in jeopardy. 

Similarly, there was no outcry after homes were destroyed in areas that lacked appropriate flood protection. 

There is no outcry over environmental issues, like the ponds of overflowing toxic waste. 

MASSACHUSETTS is far from perfect, but the state DEMOCRATS are more like HERDING CATS than a disinterested mind set. 

I have attended meetings with young people who are informed and can address 

complex issues that have forced INDUSTRY LOBBYISTS to withdraw their public comments and resort to submitting only written comments in their weak defense. 

Afterall, this is the WORLD we're leaving to these young people. 

I would call it to your attention that ALAN DERSHOWITZ was also involved in negotiating the FLORIDA PLEA DEAL that protected JEFFREY EPSTEIN, also accused by one of the EPSTEIN SURVIVORS that he has denied. 

 Because he lives on a small island, the community has shunned him and shunned anyone who fraternizes with him.
