TRUMP’S LAWYER GETS DISBARRED

Trump’s election lawyer John Eastman wrote the blueprint for stealing the 2020 election. After Biden decisively won, he advised Mike Pence to ignore the Constitution and hand Trump the presidency. Last week, the California Supreme Court disbarred Eastman, finding him guilty on 10 of 11 charges.
Eastman’s already been suspended in DC, where the Court of Appeals is now deciding whether to disbar him there too. Trump tried to protect him with a pardon. It didn’t work. Eastman still could face prison time in Arizona for his role in the fake electors scheme.
Five years after January 6, the reckoning continues. Good.
A MINNESOTAN FIGHTS THE REGIME

The Trump regime sent thousands of agents into Minnesota to terrorize communities. One person they attacked was Aliya Rahman, while she was on her way to a doctor’s appointment. They smashed her window, dragged her onto the street, and denied her medical care in detention until she lost consciousness. A cellmate had to beg guards to help.
After all that, they thought she’d stay quiet. They were wrong.
The community erupted. Protesters flooded the streets outside the federal building where Rahman was held. She was released without charges.
Last week, Rahman filed the mandatory first step before she can sue DHS—a Federal Tort Claims Act complaint—via her attorneys at the MacArthur Justice Center. “This shows we can hit back,” Rahman said. “This is not the country we’re going to have.”
Rahman is one of dozens of Minnesotans building similar cases against the regime’s invasion. The broken glass from Rahman’s smashed window is still crunching in her car door. But Rahman stands defiant: “Every time you try to break my body, you fuel my spirit.”
NEW YORK IS COMING FOR THE OLIGARCHS

On Tax Day, NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani stood in front of a $238 million Manhattan penthouse and announced a proposal for New York’s first-ever tax on luxury second homes. The penthouse belongs to Ken Griffin—a hedge fund billionaire and one of the largest Republican donors in the country.
“When I ran for mayor, I said I was going to tax the rich,” Mamdani said. “Well, today, we’re taxing the rich.” The proposal would levy an annual surcharge on 13,000 luxury properties worth more than $5 million, resulting in more than half a billion in tax revenue a year. Over 93% of New Yorkers support it.
It now heads to the state legislature with momentum and broad public support.
Billionaires like Ken Griffin spent millions electing politicians who protected them. Mamdani wasn’t one of them.
SPANBERGER SIGNS 972 BILLS

Former Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin—a Trump crony—spent four years vetoing legislation in Virginia that would actually help people. Last year, the commonwealth elected Democrat Abigail Spanberger, who “carefully reviewed” all 1,100 bills sent to her desk—and signed 972 of them into law.
One of them requires federal agents to show a judicial warrant before making civil immigration arrests at Virginia courthouses. Another makes Virginia the 19th jurisdiction to join the National Popular Vote Compact—the effort to elect presidents by popular vote. These are just two of 972—and Spanberger is just getting started.
“We the People have the power to make change, the power to stand up for what is right, and the power to demand more of our nation,” Spanberger said. In November, we have the chance to elect more leaders like her—and take the House and Senate away from a party that does Trump’s bidding instead of yours.

I am sooo happy to see Eastman getting his due! It’s nice to know that regardless of the presidential pardon there are other ways of punishment for his actions. Pam Bondi should be disbarred by the Florida Bar Association but I doubt it will ever happen.
I am all for “taxing the rich” but it needs to be properly defined. Believe me, my husband and I pay our taxes and we own a second home. We pay the property taxes on that property and don’t have children in that school district or use many of the services that our taxes pay for. I’m not complaining. I’m just saying that there’s a big difference between wealthy people who pay their taxes and own a beach condo and billionaires who have all kinds of tax loopholes and own $10 million plus second homes.
Hell yes. This is exactly what real resistance looks like — not just talk, but concrete wins that hit the regime where it hurts. Spanberger reversing years of GOP vetoes in record time, Eastman finally disbarred, Mamdani putting billionaires on notice, and a survivor like Aliya Rahman refusing to back down. Elections have consequences, and the people are delivering them. November can’t come soon enough. Keep fighting, everyone.

People have a choice - you can either be a "victim" or a "survivor". We need to stop calling all those brave souls who we have overcome adversity from entities such as ICE, DJT's regime, or Epstein's cohorts as victims and start calling them survivors.

There were reports that PRISON GUARDS who were working the evening of EPSTEIN'S DEATH were PAID. By WHOM?
If EPSTEIN's 'business' was limited to SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN BY THE WEALTHY, that might be reprehensible...but there's MORE that we haven't identified.
There was an investigation about DRUGS. Was this DRUG SMUGGLING? MONEY LAUNDERING?
Why did the FBI stop investigations in NEW MEXICO and NYC? And WHO was responsible?

What I find quite funny is if Mayor Mamdani goes ahead and taxes the billionaires at a fair level the oligarchs are threatening to leave New York.Who is going to buy their $10-$20 million apartments or properties.They won't just walk away from the investment. Only other billionaires will buy them. and they will be taxed instead. It's a win win plan for Mamdani and the city of New York.
