PRIM Board Election: Watch for Your Ballot
Ballots are arriving for the Pension Reserves Investment Management Board election, which oversees more than $120 billion in pension assets for over 300,000 educators and public employees. Voting runs through May 22 and can be completed online or by mail. The MTA Board of Directors recommends Matthew Scheffler, a Framingham teacher, for the Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System seat and Lenore Palladino, a UMass Amherst professor, for the Massachusetts State Employees’ Retirement System seat. Join the Educating for Peace: Teacher Conference

The Ikeda Center for Peace Learning and Dialogue is hosting its second annual Educating for Peace: A Teachers’ Conference for Nuclear Disarmament Education in partnership with the Soka Institute for Global Solutions and the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.
