ICE agents in Chicago recently jumped a non-verbal autistic man, violently detaining him for being "non-compliant." His disability made it impossible to process and comply with their commands. They didn't care.

This isn’t an isolated mistake - it’s a business model.

• Emmanuel, 14: A boy with autism in Houston went missing. Instead of helping, ICE snatched him and caged him for 48 days, even forcing him into surgery without his mother.
  
  

• George Retes: A disabled U.S. Army veteran and US citizen was pepper-sprayed and dragged from his car at gunpoint during a raid at his employer. He was denied a lawyer and held for three days, missing his daughter’s birthday, all for "failing to move his car" fast enough.

It’s getting more dangerous. ICE is blowing billions to hire 12,000 new agents in a "manpower surge." They’ve slashed training from five months to just six weeks (some reports say 47 days as a "nod" to the 47th President). They are flooding our streets with unvetted "thugs" who haven't even cleared basic background checks.

They target the most vulnerable because they think we’re easy targets for their quotas.

Able Dems is electing leaders who will end this lawlessness and restore human decency. We need to take back the House to shut this down.
