FEDERAL EMPLOYEES FILE COMPLAINT

A legal complaint was filed this week against the Trump regime by federal workers over its ban on gender-affirming care. The Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRCF) argues that the ban is nothing but blatant sex-based discrimination.

HRCF President Kelley Robinson slammed the regime, stating: “This policy is not about cost or care—it is about driving transgender people and people with transgender spouses, children, and dependents out of the federal workforce … [this] is discrimination, plain and simple, and the HRC Foundation refuses to let it stand without a fight.” Good.

GIULIANI AND BANNON MELTDOWN

Steve Bannon had Rudy Giuliani on his podcast this week. After whining about the disgraced former mayor not being invited to Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s swearing-in event, the two racists went on unhinged rants about Mamdani’s faith.

Watching this childish display, I couldn’t help but think back to a birthday dinner I had in New York City shortly after 9/11. That night, then-Mayor Rudy Giuliani entered the room to a loud ovation, with a true hero’s welcome. He even stopped by to wish me happy birthday, as seen in the image above.

To go from that moment—to me investigating him years later for crimes—is surreal. The mighty haven’t just fallen, they’ve crashed hard into the depths of maga hell.

TRUMP’S DETERIORATING HEALTH

Recently, Trump wildly claimed that the bruising around his hands is caused by him taking heavy doses of aspirin, saying he wants “nice, thin blood” for his heart.

Trump also recently changed his story about his mysterious MRI—claiming it was a CT scan instead. And his doctor said the reason Trump got a physical just six months after his last one was due to convenience—simply because Trump allegedly was already going to be at the hospital meeting with people.

You’ve got to be kidding me. None of this adds up. All it does is give us more proof that Trump’s brain is broken and he is unfit for duty.

GARCIA ON WHAT’S NEXT WITH EPSTEIN

Dem Rep. Robert Garcia, the Ranking Member on the House Oversight Committee, is loudly speaking out about the DOJ’s failure to comply with the law that requires the full release of the Epstein files.

Garcia slammed the move as “illegal” and “disrespectful to the survivors,” adding that Republicans now see a “weakened” Trump who is “clearly hiding something” in “a massive cover-up.”

Garcia also said that Democrats must win “big elections so that we can actually hold the DOJ fully responsible and accountable.” And he’s absolutely right.

I’ve spent over a decade investigating Trump and pushing back on maga lies. But to rescue the rule of law in our country, Democrats will need to win the midterms.
