ANTI-TRUMP PROTESTS ERUPT ACROSS AMERICA

Dozens of demonstrations against the Trump regime erupted in cities all across America yesterday. In NYC, a huge crowd chanted “Get out of New York now” while marching toward the One World Trade Center—where failed DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was holding a lie-filled press conference.
Anti-Trump events also took place in Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Philadelphia, San Antonio, and Seattle. There were large rallies held in Cincinnati, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and other cities as well. And only hours after Trump’s agents shot two more people in Portland, Oregon, hundreds of folks protested outside a nearby ICE facility.
MINNEAPOLIS PUSHES BACK

Following the killing of Renee Nicole Good, pushback in Minneapolis against Trump’s immigration abuses has been fierce. Thousands joined a vigil and gathered across the city to demand accountability on Wednesday.

Then on Thursday, another large rally was held, followed by a march downtown. More protests are scheduled for this weekend.
TAKING A STAND

In Roxbury Township, New Jersey, people have not taken kindly to the fact that there is a proposed ICE processing center moving in. A large group of resisters gathered in the frigid winter air to protest against it all.
Demonstrators chanted “No ICE” and held signs that read “Deport Racists” and “Kidnapping Our Neighbors Doesn’t Keep Us Safe.”
Councilman Justin Strickland, who is running for Governor-elect Mikie Sherrill’s old House seat, said the pushback “shows the power of the people and the community … This is a strong message … people are going to continue to speak out, and we’re not going to stand by and be silent.”
AIRLINE CUTS TIES WITH ICE

Following massive public backlash, Avelo Airlines is now ending its agreement with ICE to assist with deportations. Their CEO made it clear that the money wasn’t worth the outrage against the company. It’s sad it took him this long to figure that out.
CROCKETT COMPARES TRUMP TO MADURO

Dem Rep. Jasmine Crockett slammed maga hard this week on two separate fronts.
Yesterday, Crockett called out her colleagues after the tragedy in Minneapolis, saying: “Republicans are acting as if it is OK. Where is your decency? Where is your humanity? When will y’all develop a backbone and actually represent the people that sent you here?”
And earlier this week, while appearing on The View, Crockett turned her sights on Trump—comparing him to Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro. Crockett stated: “Everyone wants to talk about how Maduro was illegitimate … [Trump] was trying to be a Maduro of the United States. [Trump] wanted to do the exact same thing.”
Crockett is absolutely right. The Trump regime is borrowing directly from the dictator’s playbook. Which is why right now we must be louder than ever.
Last year, we proved we can dominate the narrative online by trending hashtags on social media, while generating billions of impressions on multiple platforms. We also drove over half a million letters and calls to the House and Senate—a goal we aim to double this year.

Why isn’t there a massive boycott of Zuckerberg’s platforms? Show him what happens if everyone STOPS using Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or WhatsApp for a month. It might even help stop Trump’s mis and disinformation campaigns. And -best of all- it might show users how addicted they are!
