First: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced they would cancel $7 billion in grants awarded through the Solar for All program. These are shovel-ready projects designed to deliver local jobs, lower energy bills, and climate resilience to communities across all 50 states.
Next: Nearly 6,000 Vote Solar advocates like you contacted their attorney general and demanded they hold the EPA accountable for attempting to cancel grants that have been legally awarded and contractually obligated.
Now: We’re pushing every governor to take action. Governor Hobbs of Arizona has demanded full and immediate disbursement of Arizona’s funding from the administration. All governors can make similar demands and push their Attorney General to pursue litigation.
