	While scientists and pediatricians have identified a wide array of chemicals that are known carcinogens, mutagens, or reproductive and developmental toxics, there are few policies that restrict toxic chemicals from being added to products specifically designed for children. The Toxic Free Kids Act will require businesses to disclose if toxic chemicals are in children’s products and will restrict dozens of chemicals. The bottom line? This legislation would do exactly that.  An Act for Toxic Free Kids would restrict the use of toxics in products marketed to children in Massachusetts. Protecting our state’s youngest residents from toxic exposures is the right thing to do and also an investment in our state’s future.  Please do all you can to support the passage of An Act for Toxic Free Kids.  Let's work together and protect CHILDREN, as well as PRE-NATAL EXPOSURE.  RFK JR is not appropriately addressing these issues.  When he challenged the PESTICIDE & CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, he was told to BACK OFF!  RFK JR has failed to address PESTICIDE RESIDUES in FOOD from FACTORY FARMING.  This is an issue that PEW has addressed endlessly because it causes ANTI-BIOTIC RESISTANCE.  MARKET BASKET has been in the forefront making  ANTI-BIOTIC FREE CHICKEN & EGGS available.  We need to make it UNIVERSAL to protect ALL. (Incidentally, there is no significant increase in costs.) Let's make MASSACHUSETTS a LEADER in protecting ALL CONSUMERS!
